Facts
Howard filmed scenes as Geoff for the 2008 story Partners in Crime, but it soon became apparent that he was too ill to continue, and the role was remodelled to become Donna's grandfather Wilf Mott, played by Bernard Cribbins. An example of Howard's deleted scenes can be found on the Series 4 box set. Partners in Crime was dedicated to his memory.

Since 2019 he has played Ed Bailey in more than 100 episodes of soap Coronation Street. He also wrote, directed, produced, composed and appeared in the short film Swap in 2012. Since 2010 he has been credited as Trevor Michael Georges.
Facts
In 2021, Trevor was hailed as a hero after helping a homeless man who had been dragged underneath a tram in Manchester city centre. Trevor gave the man a packet of cigarettes to cheer him up!

In the late 1990s Don appeared on the series Streetmate as the housemate of one of the daters. In 2002, he appeared in a TV commercial for Apple iMac, the year after he appeared in Gabrielle's music video for the song Out of Reach. He also appeared in the 2011 video for I Am Spartacus's I Want You to Remember. His partner is actress Tracy Whitwell. Don is also an accomplished DJ and breakdancer.

Facts
In 1994, Sarah appeared in a TV commercial for Boddingtons beer, asking to be rubbed down with chip fat! Sarah's husband is actor James Murray, perhaps best known for his roles in Primeval and, infamously, in Russell T Davies' Cucumber. In 2009, the couple lost their eight-month-old daughter Ella-Jayne to congenital heart failure. The tragedy inspired the couple to set up the Murray Parish Trust and help raise money for paediatric emergency medicine in the south of England. Sarah's brother is songwriter and producer John Parish, who has worked with, among others, PJ Harvey, Tracy Chapman, Eels, Goldfrapp and KT Tunstall.
